Hey, I’m Meghon!

I’m mom of two three and under, I've experienced both c-sections and home births, formula feeding, and exclusive breastfeeding. If there's one thing I've learned on this parenting journey, it's that there are many 'right' ways to do it—and you're doing an amazing job!

As a postpartum doula, I’m dedicated to providing compassionate, nonjudgmental, and trauma-informed support to mothers, partners, and families. I firmly believe that the postpartum period deserves just as much care and attention as pregnancy and birth. My passion is helping families not only survive but thrive, creating space for growth, bonding, and beautiful memories as you get to know your newest tiny bestie.

I’m currently training as a birth doula with the Michigan Midwifery Institute and I’m apprenticing with My Doula Grand Rapids. I have the utmost respect for birth and the choices that birthing people make during pregnancy and labor; my goal is to support you and help you feel confident in and proud of the choices you make for yourself and your baby.

We can help.

With experience in both safe formula preparation and feeding practices, along with a personal understanding of breastfeeding and pumping techniques, I am dedicated to providing guidance to help you achieve your feeding and nourishment goals- regardless of your chosen feeding method.

Practical Newborn Support

Your postpartum visits will encompass a wide range of essential care tasks like formula prep, dishes, baby laundry, and home set up ensuring that you can focus on cherishing those special bonding moments with your little one while I take care of the essential day-to-day.

Mothering the New Mother

My goal is to foster a nurturing and healing space, providing comprehensive support that includes meal preparation, dedicated resting time, and compassionate assistance with the daily needs of both the newborn and older siblings. Our aim is to ensure that every mother receives the personalized care and attention she deserves during this transformative phase, allowing her to heal, bond, and thrive with her growing family.
